Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your invoice along with the RMA number.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to send it back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
